These drop crotch joggers are made with cotton/ spandex main and bamboo/spandex for the cuffs and waistband. They are amazing as they grow with your child. They fit up to three traditional sizes because of the longer waistband and cuffs and the baggy style of pant. Simply wear them with the cuffs rolled all the way up and the waistband rolled down. As your child grows just extend as needed. The wide waistband allows for comfort without any pressure of tight elastic.
